IDB adopted Q-nomy’s Q-Flow software platform, enabling omnichannel appointment scheduling. The online service built using and recently launched using this platform, invites members to book and manage in-person branch appointments, as well as video and phone meetings.
“We understand that these are challenging times, with many inconveniences. That’s why we made scheduling virtual appointments and in-branch visits quick, easy, and hassle-free,” said the credit union in a recent statement. “This convenient, easy-to-use site will allow any member to quickly schedule in-person branch appointments as well as virtual phone or video appointments, all from the convenience and safety of their smartphone, tablet, or computer.”
The solution was delivered by Q-nomy’s systems integration partner Infina Technologies, and includes Q-nomy’s FFP (financial service appointment management) and Omni-Service “Q-Apps”, unique business applications that run on the Q-Flow platform.
