New Features: January Update
The new features in this update include a simplified permissions system using a role-based access model, a hybrid service that allows for creating cases with different channels using the same service, self-check-in to video appointments, automatic creation of Zoom meetings when the channel is video, and check-in to appointments using the case short ID at a kiosk.
Quick links have also been added for easier navigation between related administration pages.
Bug fixes include issues with the calendar showing timeslots in past calendars, error messages when trying to reset passwords, and issues with portals not respecting all theme colors and customer authentication flow.
