Q-nomy solution improves customer flow management at queensland government TMR service centers

he Department of Transport and Main Roads in Queensland, Australia, are reporting this month the successful results of implementing Q-Flow at its customer service branches. The solution provided includes advanced queue management, and supports the department's workforce management and customer journey optimization.

One of the customer service managers, who has been involved in supporting several branches as they roll out—said Q-Flow has made a difference to his team's daily work, as well as improving the customers’ experience.

The solution was delivered by Q-nomy's partner and regional reseller, NEXA Group.
